Went for third M extraction in Emanuel Dental Clinic yesterday afternoon..waited for 1 hour because Dr.Ngor went out..>.<
Got 3 injections after applying topical spray..couldn't stop shivering when Dr asked me to wait outside while taking medications..
start ad..woooo..eh?not nervous at all wor..haha..got 3 more injections after complaining bout pain when he break off my tooth..eew..
finished after 1 hr~gao tim!!the suture was a bit weird..
The nurse dispensed 4 types of medicines including ponstan,dicogesic(painkillers); amoxilin,flagyl(antibiotic) and chlorhexidine (antiseptic mouthwash).
Paid RM460 for the whole surgery including X-ray..but worth it!!NO TEAR & FEAR this time^^
Oh ya..These are what i must not forget when i become a dentist in the future:
-Apply vaseline on pt's lips
-Explain every ongoing procedures to pt
-Let patient hold the mirror or sucker(patient's participation)
-Play some relaxing musics
-Tell them that there will be a bit of pain..ask them to raise up hand if it is unbearable
muahaha..cant wait to be called Dr.Chew =P
